Hobe Sound Nature Center at the Kilmer Branch Library
The Kilmer Branch Library hosted staff from the Hobe Sound Nature Center for a program all about alligators. Children were offered an exciting and educational experience that combined an interactive lesson with a live alligator encounter. Designed to ignite curiosity and foster respect for wildlife, the program culminated was a live demonstration featuring a real alligator, where kids can observe and touch a live alligator.

Longineu Parsons and 21 Blue held a Master Class at Treasure Coast High School in Port St. Lucie, FL, on March 21, 2015. The student jazz musicians performed as the opening act for 21 Blue that evening at the Sunrise Black Box Theatre in historic, downtown Fort Pierce, FL. Lead by their director, Luke Hall, the ensemble is a traditional Big Band. BlueBird Educational Foundation wishes to thank St. Lucie County and Eric Gill for taping the Master Class and Concert for their 'Postcards From Home' segment aired locally on SLCtv during April's Jazz Appreciation Month.
